We have 12 curriculum ambitions for what we want the children to become by the end of their journey with us in Reception. The skills and knowledge that we want the children to learn have been carefully planned to ensure clear progression from the beginning of Nursery to the end of Reception.

Friday 8 May 2026 A Week of Courage and Porridge! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our assembly last week. We are bursting with pride! It takes an incredible amount of courage to stand up and speak in front of such a large audience, and the children handled it with such confidence. They truly did a fantastic job.To continue our journey through The Woods and Traditional Tales, we have spent this week exploring the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Our classroom has been full of sensory fun as we've been describing the texture of oats, feeling how they change from dry and crunchy to warm and creamy porridge.
